Finnish Sauna
The average temperature in the Finnish sauna ranges from 90 to 110 ° C and the humidity varies between 15 to 30%. Due to the high temperature, one sauna session, depending on your health condition, should be limited to 08-15 minutes, followed by a 20-30 minute rest period. Repeat the whole procedure three times. The heated air stimulates circulation, releases muscle tension, and causes the body to perspire more intensely, thus cleaning it from the inside.
Steam Sauna
The temperature in the steam ranges from 50 to 55°C and the humidity reaches up to 100%.
A 10-15 minute session is recommended, after which you should take a lukewarm(not cold!) shower! It is then recommended to rest for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
The extremely high relative humidity and air temperature help to cleanse the respiratory tract. The feeling is similar to that of inhalation. The steam bath is mainly known for its skin cleansing and muscle tension-relieving effects.
